Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Based on the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 570 dated 14 July 2018, Uzbekistan Temir Yollari is implementing a project to build a comprehensive school complex and equip the building with equipment in Spitamen district of Sogd region of Tajikistan.
To date, the school building has been completely built, work has been completed on interior and exterior wall decoration, installation of door and window frames, as well as installation of electrical equipment. Currently, construction of a boiler room and pumping station, installation of steel gratings is underway. The construction and assembly work involved more than 10 modern equipment and machinery, about 150 builders, engineers and technical staff.
Another important work was also done. In the area well into the water depth of 180 meters was drilled. Therefore, drinking water will be available for school students.
This complex, which is being built at the expense of the funds of Uzbekistan Railways, was designed by the State Unitary Enterprise “UzshakharsozlikLITI”.
The construction work is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Committee on Architecture and Construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the leadership of Sogd region. Under the construction allocated 2.1 hectares of land.
The new facility is scheduled to pass at the end of this year.
