Uzbekistan bans retail sales of food acetic acid with concentration of over 10%

According to the resolution, Uzbekistan introduces ban for retail sales of the food acetic acid with concentration of over 10%.

The Government entrusted Uzkimyosanoat state joint stock company in cooperation with the Uzstandard Agency and Ministry of Healthcare of Uzbekistan to review current standards for acetic acid and set single requirements for acetic acid with the concentration of 10%.

The State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan in cooperation with Uzstandard Agency and Ministry of Healthcare of Uzbekistan should adopt measures to prevent realization of the acetic acid with the concentration of over 10% and seize them products in line with the legislation of Uzbekistan.
