Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Government of Uzbekistan has approved the Administrative Regulation on the Provision of Public Services for Inclusion in the Unified Register of Suppliers in the Field of Public Procurement.

The document establishes the procedure for providing this service, regulating the process of registering legal entities and individuals in the Register.

Starting from 1 April 2025, applications for inclusion in the supplier list must be submitted through the Public Services Center or via the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services (my.gov.uz).

The public service is provided free of charge. The review process for registering as a sole supplier will take up to 15 business days from the date of application submission.

The decision to approve or reject registration is made by the authorized body based on information provided by the applicant, conclusions from executive authorities and business associations, as well as other data obtained during the application review.
