Uzbekistan appoints new envoy to Pakistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan appointed new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

Furqat Sidiqov was appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

On 5 September 2015, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Furqat Sidiqov left Tashkent for Islamabad.

Furqat Sidiqov, prior to appointment, worked as a first secretary of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in U.S.,
