Uzbekistan announces tender for construction of plant on tire production

Uzkimyosanoat State Joint-Stock Company and Directorate for Construction of Rubber Products Plant announced the tender.

New plant will be constructed in the territory of the special industrial zone Angren. The capacity of the plant will be 100,000 running metres of conveyor belts, 200,000 units of agricultural tires and 3 million units of automobile tires.

Total cost of the project is about US$230 million. The project will be implemented within the three years.

The project will be financed due to loan of the Chinese Eximbank (US$190 million), own funds of Uzkimyosanoat and attracted loans.
