Uzbekistan and UAE sign protocols on exchange of ratification instruments of intergovernmental agreements

The signing ceremony was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on 21 November within the meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of UAE Mohammed Hareb Almehairbi

The sides inked protocols on exchange of ratification instruments of intergovernmental agreements between Uzbekistan and the UAE, which includes agreement on mutual legal assistance on criminal affairs, agreement on extradition, agreement on transfer of convicted persons for further serving their sentences.

These agreements will come into force after 30 days from the day of exchange ratification instruments or 21 December 2016.
