Uzbekistan and Türkiye Agree on Joint Action Plan on Key Areas of Bilateral Cooperation
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan and Türkiye held a meeting under the “4+4” mechanism, attended by the foreign, interior, and defense ministers, as well as the heads of the intelligence agencies of both countries.
During the meeting, the sides discussed key issues in bilateral relations, pressing regional topics, and significant developments on the global agenda. It was noted that the modern world faces unprecedented turbulence and rapid transformations, while developing countries encounter increasingly complex challenges.
Participants analyzed the most effective areas of cooperation aimed at ensuring sustainable development and prosperity within a reliable security framework. They emphasized the shared goal of improving the quality of life for the peoples of both countries, a goal to which both sides remain committed in a consistent and systematic manner.
To coordinate joint efforts and ensure practical implementation of the agreements reached, a Joint Action Plan for the near future was adopted.
