Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia discuss the development of bilateral cooperation
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 4 February, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhramjon A’loev, held a meeting with the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Uzbekistan, Yusuf al-Utaibi.
During the meeting, the parties discussed key areas of bilateral cooperation, with particular emphasis on deepening trade and economic ties, intensifying cultural and humanitarian exchanges, and implementing previously reached agreements.
An important part of the discussions was the exchange of views on the preparation and organization of joint events for 2025.
Various sectors of mutual interest were discussed, including investments, tourism, education, and scientific research.
The meeting underscored both countries’ commitment to further strengthening their partnership and expanding cooperation at all levels.
It is expected that the implementation of the planned initiatives will make a significant contribution to enhancing interaction between Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia in the coming years.
