Uzbekistan and Russia Strengthen Educational Ties
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 4 December, the Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University (RSPU) and the Namangan State Pedagogical Institute of Uzbekistan signed a cooperation agreement.
As part of this agreement, a Center for Open Education in the Russian Language will be established at the Namangan Institute.
This agreement builds on the successful collaboration between RSPU and educational institutions in Uzbekistan, which have already implemented projects like “Klass!” and “Malysh,” aimed at enhancing Russian language teaching and fostering cultural ties between the two countries.
Murodkhon Kodirkhonov, Vice-Rector of the Namangan Institute, emphasized the institution’s interest in expanding cooperation. This includes Russian language testing, courses, and masterclasses conducted by RSPU specialists both in-person and online.
The new agreement opens up promising opportunities for both parties.
