Uzbekistan and Poland Explore Prospects for Cooperation in Inclusive Education
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 12 June 2025, the National Agency for Social Protection hosted a meeting with a delegation led by Poland’s Minister of Education, Barbara Nowacka, to discuss prospects for cooperation between Uzbekistan and Poland in the field of inclusive education.
The two sides held an in-depth discussion on key issues related to creating an inclusive educational environment. Topics included ensuring access to quality education for children with disabilities, training qualified teachers and assistants, and providing support to families. Special emphasis was placed on exchanging experience in personalized learning approaches, introducing digital solutions, and collaborating with international organizations, including UNICEF.
The Polish delegation noted the alignment of both countries’ priorities in this area and expressed readiness to actively share knowledge and best practices. The meeting concluded with an agreement to implement joint initiatives, including educational visits by Uzbek specialists to Poland, cooperation in professional training, and the study of modern approaches to inclusion and career guidance.
Participants reaffirmed their mutual interest in continuing a constructive dialogue and steadily advancing their partnership in the field of inclusive education.
