Uzbekistan and Mansour Automotive Discuss Development of Automobile Production and Investment Cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 19 January, Laziz Kudratov, Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan, held a working meeting with Ankush Arora, CEO of Mansour Automotive Group.

During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for developing investment cooperation and industrial collaboration, with a primary focus on the automotive sector.

Exchanging assessments of the current market situation, the participants considered Uzbekistan’s potential as a location for modern production facilities oriented both toward the domestic market and export.

Special attention was paid to the favorable investment climate being created in the country, as well as to the available mechanisms supporting foreign investors.

The discussion also covered opportunities for localization, technological modernization, and the establishment of long-term production chains.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides confirmed their mutual interest in continuing a substantive dialogue and further exploring cooperation formats aimed at implementing sustainable and mutually beneficial projects.
