The delegation of Kyrgyzstan arrived in Tashkent to participate in the high-level international conference on Afghanistan "Peace process, cooperation in the field of security and regional cooperation".
According to the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, the ministers exchanged views on the outcome of the Tashkent Forum, which ended on 27 March.
As the Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan emphasized the successful conclusion of the conference laid a constructive basis for an early settlement of the Afghan conflict.
The sides also discussed topical issues of the bilateral and regional agenda.
After the talks, Abdulaziz Kamilov and Erlan Abdyldaev signed a Program of Cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan for 2018-2019.
