Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chairwoman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbaeva had a telephone conversation with Chairperson of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Maulen Ashimbayev on 14 October.

At the beginning of the conversation, Tanzila Narbaeva congratulated Maulen Ashimbaev on the successful holding of the next VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Astana.

During the conversation, it was especially noted that in recent years, thanks to mutually beneficial trusting relations and the strong political will of the heads of the two states, unprecedented success has been achieved in the development of Uzbek-Kazakh fraternal relations.

The leaders of the parliaments of the two countries exchanged views on further strengthening the Uzbek-Kazakh relations of good neighborliness, strategic partnership and alliance, expanding practical partnership in all areas of bilateral cooperation.

Issues of expanding inter-parliamentary cooperation, enriching it with new content, and exchanging experience in the field of rule-making were discussed.

At the end of the conversation, it was decided to fully use the capabilities of parliaments in the implementation of all agreements reached between our countries.
