Uzbekistan and Jordan Discuss Ways to Deepen Bilateral Partnership
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Ayman Safadi.
During the talks, the two sides thoroughly discussed the current state of Uzbek-Jordanian relations and outlined promising areas for further cooperation.
Special attention was given to expanding political dialogue, strengthening economic and humanitarian ties, and enhancing collaboration within international organizations.
“We are reinforcing our cooperation on the international stage and consistently supporting joint initiatives aimed at promoting peace, stability, and sustainable development in our shared region,” Bakhtiyor Saidov emphasized.
The Uzbek foreign minister underlined that Uzbekistan attaches great importance to its relations with Jordan, which are based on mutual respect and trust, and expressed confidence in the continued deepening of the multifaceted partnership between the two countries.
