With METI Minister Masaki Ogushi, priority areas of bilateral cooperation were reviewed, including the expansion of trade and economic collaboration, implementation of joint investment projects, participation in the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) for energy-saving technologies and low-carbon initiatives, acceleration of phytosanitary approval for Uzbek cherries to enter the Japanese market, and development of cooperation in energy and strategic metals.

With JBIC, measures were agreed to accelerate ongoing projects, open financing for new initiatives, and increase support for the private sector.

Following negotiations with Sojitz Corporation, a new Roadmap was signed, encompassing major joint projects in key sectors.
