Uzbekistan and Italy Strengthen Cooperation in the Agricultural Sector\

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Agriculture, Ibrokhim Abdurakhmanov, held a meeting with Guido de Sanctis, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Uzbekistan.

During the talks, the parties discussed in detail the current state of bilateral cooperation in agriculture, as well as prospective projects planned for implementation in the near future.

Special attention was given to the introduction of advanced technologies, conducting research activities, workforce development, exchange of expertise, and expanding collaboration in livestock farming.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their intention to continue strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation and to implement joint initiatives and projects in the agricultural sector.
