Uzbekistan and Hungary Strengthen Justice Sector Cooperation
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Justice, Akbar Tashkulov, met with a Hungarian delegation led by Deputy Minister of Justice and State Secretary for Legislation Zoltan Tot to discuss expanding bilateral cooperation in the justice sector.
The talks focused on legislative systematization, regulatory impact assessment, digitalization of legal processes, and the exchange of expertise in notary services.
On the first day of the visit, the Hungarian delegation attended presentations on Uzbekistan’s online notary activities and practical procedures. Hungary shared its experience in streamlining legislation and reducing redundant legal acts.
Both sides highlighted that such exchanges strengthen legal cooperation, promote professional knowledge-sharing, and support the adoption of modern judicial mechanisms between Uzbekistan and Hungary.
