Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Tashkent and Beijing have prepared a series of major joint initiatives in the extraction and processing of energy raw materials, including coal, uranium, and other critical minerals, Uzbek Minister of Mining Industry and Geology Bobir Islamov told Uzbekiston 24 TV.

According to him, the parties have agreed to implement 13 new projects with a total value of approximately US$5 billion.
