Uzbekistan and Belarus Expand Cooperation in Science, Education, and Healthcare
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 2 September 2025, within the framework of the Third Uzbekistan–Belarus Women Entrepreneurs’ Business Forum, a dedicated session was held to discuss prospects for bilateral cooperation in education, science, and healthcare.
The event brought together representatives of government institutions, leading universities, as well as research and medical centers from both countries.
Discussions focused on integrating educational programs, expanding academic exchanges, joint research initiatives, and the introduction of advanced medical technologies. Special emphasis was placed on the development of the pharmaceutical industry, maternal and child healthcare, and medical workforce training.
Speakers highlighted the importance of building a common knowledge space, sharing best practices, and fostering active participation of women in international scientific projects.
