Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan Foreign Ministers Discuss Drone Attacks on Nakhchivan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov held a phone conversation with Jeyhun Bayramov, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the discussion, the Azerbaijani minister provided detailed information regarding a recent drone attack on the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, which resulted in civilian casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure.

Both sides expressed serious concern over the attacks and emphasized the unacceptability of actions that violate international law and infringe upon the sovereignty and territorial integrity of another state.
