Uzbekistan Airways to construct hangar for maintenance of Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner

The project was included to the investment programme of Uzbekistan for 2014. The project cost is US$40 million. In 2014, it is planned to use some US$1.6 million within the project.

Uzbekistan HavoYollari had ordered two Boeing-787 Dreamliner airplanes, which is expected to be delivered to Uzbekistan in 2016.

Uzbekistan Havo Yollari national airline and the US company Boeing will open center on repairing elements of constructions of the airplanes, made from composite materials. The center will provide maintenance services to aircrafts of latest generation Boeing-787 Dreamliner.
