Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A flight operated by Uzbekistan Airways, HY-102, en route from New York to Tashkent, was forced to make an emergency landing in Kazan due to aggressive behavior from one of the passengers on board.

The incident occurred on a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner.

After landing in Kazan, the disruptive passenger was detained by police officers.

The plane continued its journey to Tashkent, but the emergency landing caused a delay of 3.5 hours.
