Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan Airports has put new rental properties up for auction at Tashkent International Airport.

Seven lots have been posted on the electronic trading platform E-auksion.uz, offering spaces ranging from 7.3 to 19.2 square meters for the placement of offices for domestic and foreign airlines.

The starting monthly rental rate is 1 million soums per square meter.

The auction is scheduled for 24 April 2025, and will take place on the E-auksion.uz platform. Participants must comply with the established technical specifications.

Detailed information about tenant requirements, as well as starting prices, is available in the description of each lot on the website. According to the rules, the final annual rental amount following the auction may be increased by at least 10%.
