Uzbek TV shows film about Ahmadjonbay
On 30 June, Uzbek TV showed 30-minute documentary about founder of financial pyramid. The film covered activities of Ahmadjon Tursunbaev or also known as Ahmadjonbay among population.
The film authors underlined that Ahmadjon Tursunbaev was a founder of enterprises Chinoz Halol Chorva and Chinoz Avto Hamkor in Chinaz district of Tashkent region.
He and his staff received money resources in national and hard currency for interest rate of 100% APR without giving any guarantees or documents. Tursunbaev’s staff only made records to notebooks. The group also accepted automobiles and jewelry with payment of interests each month.
The film said that Tursunbaev and people, who gave him money, reached agreement that in any unforeseen circumstances, relatives and friends of Tursunbaev were not reliable for repayment of money and valuables.
The film’s authors said that Tursunbaev and his staff used money of “new clients” to repay debts and interests of old clients. Several ten thousand of people participated in such operations, the film underlined.
The film said Tursunbaev mainly employed his relatives. It added that Ahmadjonbay’s companies look line bank offices with security and cash offices.
Tursunbaev purchase luxury cars due to resources of the clients. He also created farms. The part of the resources of the clients used to construction of houses.
Ahmad Tursunbaev said that he understood that his action were wrong, but he had no road back.
The criminal case was opened against the founder of the financial pyramid and his accomplices.
