Uzbek specialists study Latvian experience on e-commerce

She arrived in Tashkent to participate in international round table “Role of modern information-communication technologies in modernization of state administration and democratization”, which will be held in Tashkent on 24 June.

Within the visit, she participated in seminar, which was organized by the Center for development of system “Electronic government” in cooperation with the UNDP project “e-Government Promotion for Improved Public Service Delivery”, which was directed at studying Latvian experience in e-commerce.

At the event, the participants considered issues of developing e-commerce and its role in support of business, as well as legal regulation of the sphere. The participants exchanged views on the development of e-commerce in Uzbekistan.
