Uzbek, Russian diplomats discuss upcoming visit of Uzbek President to Moscow

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Russian discussed issues of preparation of the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Moscow.

State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Saidikram Niyazkhodzhayev on 27 March 2017.

The sides discussed issues of preparations for an upcoming state visit by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The diplomats also considered current bilateral relations and the situation in the CIS in the context of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers meeting on 7 April in Tashkent.
