Uzbek, Russian diplomats discuss upcoming visit of Uzbek President

Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Russian discussed issues of preparation of the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov to Moscow.
The meeting was held in Moscow on 21 April 2016. State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Grigoriy Karasin and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Saidikram Niyazkhodjaev held talks.
The sides discussed several actual issues of the relations between Russia and Uzbekistan, including upcoming Uzbek-Russian high-level meetings.
It is expected that President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov will pay an official visit to Russia in April 2016.
