Uzbek President to pay visit to China in May

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to China in May 2017. This was announced at the fifth session of the Sub-committee on trade-economic cooperation of the Uzbek-Chinese intergovernmental committee on cooperation.

The session of the sub-committee was held in Tashkent on 24 March 2017.

Minister of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade of Uzbekistan Elyor Ganiev said that Uzbekistan and China are planning to sign several documents in the field of transport, investments, energy, irrigation, hydro energy, etc.
