Uzbek President shifts day-offs
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a resolution “On shifting of day-offs” on 19 March 2012.
The resolution was adopted to create favourable conditions for rest of population and rational use of working time.
According to the document, the Uzbek head shifted day off from Wednesday, 21 March, to Thursday, 22 March, and Sunday, 25 March to Friday, 23 March 2012.
Islam Karimov announced Wednesday, 21 March, and Sunday, 25 March, as working days in line with the resolution.
