Uzbek President expresses condolences to Egypt

Uzbek leader sent a message to the President of Egypt Abdel Fattah el-Sisi due to the terrorist acts in Tanta and Alexandria, which killed and wounded many innocent people.

In his message, the Head of Uzbekistan expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to the President and nation of Egypt, relatives of those died, and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

The death toll rose to at least 49. At least 27 people died in a blast inside a church in Tanta, and 78 people were injured. In Alexandria, 18 civilians and four police officers were killed when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a Coptic church.
