Uzbek President congratulates Sri Lanka leader

President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov congratulated Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, on the occasion of national holiday of that country – Independence Day.
In his letter, Islam Karimov wished a robust health and every success to Mahinda Rajapaksa, along with wellbeing and consistent development to the friendly people of Sri Lanka.
