Uzbek President congratulates Australia’s Governor-General

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent a greeting note to Governor-General of Australia Ms Quentin Bryce on the national holiday of that country – Australia Day.

Islam Karimov expressed confidence that the friendly and mutually advantageous Uzbek-Australian relations will keep advancing successfully in the interests and for the good of our two nations.

President of Uzbekistan wished a sound health and happiness to Ms Quentin Bryce, along with wellbeing and prosperity to the people of Australia.
