Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a resolution approving an international agreement.

According to the document, Uzbekistan has ratified amendments to the Agreement on the Formation and Execution of the Budget of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), initially signed on 1 December 2017.

The revised agreement was signed on 16 October 2024, in Islamabad.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been designated as the responsible authority for implementing the agreement. Additionally, the Cabinet of Ministers and relevant ministries and agencies will oversee the enforcement of its provisions after it comes into effect.
