Uzbek Labour Ministry to create integrated offices

The project is aimed at improving quality and availability of services, rendered by labour and social protection bodies in places.

The project will create one-stop-shop on rendering social and employment services, introduce information-communication technologies to state social services, create high technological offices to provide services to population.

In the first stage, it is planned to create two pilot integrated offices on rendering state services on employment and social protection of population in Tashkent city and Syrdarya region in 2015-2016 and develop practice of rendering services on one-stop-shop methods.

In future, it is planned to create integrated offices in all regions of Uzbekistan.
