Uzbek, Kyrgyz officials discuss border delimitation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 2 February 2017, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Sydykov.

According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, the diplomats of two states discussed the practical aspects of the activities of the working groups of governmental delegations of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan on delimitation and demarcation of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz state border in the context of the relevant orders of the two presidents.

The sides also discussed other issues related to the upcoming Uzbek-Kyrgyz contacts at various levels.
