Uzbek Foreign Ministry hosts meeting with OSCE ODIHR mission

On 2 November 2016, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan has played host to a meeting with the Head of the core team of the Mission of observers from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (ODIHR OSCE) for observation of presidential elections in Uzbekistan, Ambassador Peter Tejler.
During the meeting the sides discussed the organizational issues related to the formally opening an election observation mission of the OSCE ODIHR in Uzbekistan, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
