Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 18 May 2021, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov held a telephone conversation with the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates Suheil al-Mazrui.

During the talks, the sides discussed the current state and prospects for further development of bilateral cooperation with an emphasis on enhancing ties in the trade, economic, investment and tourism spheres.

The progress in the implementation of the agreements reached in the framework of meetings at the highest and high levels, as well as the schedule of upcoming events were considered.

An exchange of views took place on certain aspects of interaction between the parties through the UN, OIC and other international organizations.
