According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, after a brief ceremony of presenting a copy of his credentials, the Minister congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment to Uzbekistan and wished him success in his high and responsible post.

During the conversation, topical issues of the Uzbek-South Korean special strategic partnership in areas of mutual interest were discussed.

The importance of the comprehensive implementation of the agreements reached during the high-level meetings was noted.

The schedule of upcoming events within the framework of the "Year of Mutual Exchanges" to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and the 85th anniversary of the residence of the Korean diaspora in Uzbekistan was considered.
