Uzbek FM receives newly appointed French envoy

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Ambassador handed over a copy of her credentials.

During the meeting, it was noted that Uzbekistan and France established fruitful cooperation in political, trade-economic and other spheres. The sides support regular contacts at various levels and directions.

It was said that issues of cooperation between business circles of two states hold special place in the Uzbek-French agenda. Within the sixth session of intergovernmental commission on trade-economic cooperation, which was held in Tashkent on 30 July, several bilateral documents directed at developing cooperation in industry, transport and pharmacology were signed.

New envoy stated that she arrived in Uzbekistan with intention to make contribution to further strengthening of multifaceted ties between two countries.
