Uzbek FM receives newly appointed British envoy

The British envoy handed over copies of his credentials to the Minister, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

At the meeting, the sides considered issues of developing bilateral relations.

The sides underlined with satisfaction that the Uzbek-British cooperation is strengthening and two countries are interested in expanding mutual relations in trade-economic and investment spheres. It was noted that the British delegation will attend the International Investment Forum in Tashkent, which will be held on 5-6 November 2015.

At the meeting, the sides considered some international and regional issues.
