Uzbek FM receives delegation of Russia
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received a delegation of Russia led by State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Grigoriy Karasin on 4 December.
At the meeting, the sides exchanged opinion on several issues of bilateral character, including upcoming the Uzbek-Russian political contacts, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.
The officials discussed some regional issues, including development of situation in Afghanistan and ways of political settlement in this country.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation Vladimir Tyurdenev participated in the meeting.
