Uzbek FM receives delegation of National Assembly of France

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov met with a delegation of the National Assembly of France led by chairperson of the inter-parliamentary friendship group “France-Uzbekistan” at National Assembly Philippe Meunier on 20 October 2015.

The delegation of French parliament arrived in Tashkent to hold meetings and negotiations with representatives of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

The sides discussed current state and perspectives of further developing the Uzbek-French dialogue, legislative support of bilateral cooperation in political, trade-economic, investment, cultural-humanitarian and other areas.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to the Republic of Uzbekistan Jacques-Henri Heuls participated in the meeting.
