Uzbek FM receives Ambassador of Algeria
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Algeria to Uzbekistan Ramdane Mekdoud on 26 August 2014.
Ramdane Mekdoud has been a dean of diplomatic corps in Tashkent since July 2014.
The sides discussed current state and perspectives of development of Uzbek-Algerian cooperation in bilateral format, interaction within international organizations, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.
He sides exchanged opinion on some international and regional issues.
On request of the envoy, issues related to the activities of dean of diplomatic corps were also considered as well.
