Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 12 January 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov had a telephone conversation with US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Donald Lu.

During the conversation, the sides discussed topical issues of Uzbek-American cooperation, the implementation of previously reached agreements and the schedule of upcoming events.

An exchange of views took place on the international and regional agenda.
