Uzbek FM holds meeting with chairman of National Assembly of Kuwait

The sides discussed topical issues of Uzbek-Kuwaiti relations, prospects of strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

In the conversation it was noted that inter-parliamentary friendship subgroup “Kuwait-Uzbekistan”, which is functioning in the National Assembly, promotes the intensification of contacts between the two countries.

The parties also considered other issues of further development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kuwait.
