Uzbek envoy hands over credentials to Emir of Kuwait

During the meeting, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah underlined that Uzbekistan is friendly, reliable, and perspective partner of Kuwait in the region and expressed readiness to lift the Uzbek-Kuwaiti regions to new level in all directions, representing mutual interest, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

Kuwaiti leader also underlined importance of the official visit of the Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov to Kuwait City on 7-10 February 2017, which helped to further strengthen political dialogue, expand trade-economic, investment and financial-technical cooperation between two states.
