Uzbek, Dutch Foreign Ministries hold talks in Tashkent
The parties reviewed the state of bilateral relations in various fields, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.
It was noted that the first round of ministerial political consultations which took place on December 2015 allowed to focus on the most promising areas of cooperation of mutual interest, and to extend the Dutch-Uzbek agenda.
The sides discussed the practical aspects of preparations for the upcoming negotiations at various levels, including the agricultural and other sectors.
During the meeting, the special attention was paid to cooperation within the UN Security Council as Netherlands was nominated for as a non-permanent membership for 2017-2018.
