Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 31 May, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman to Uzbekistan Ahmed Al Katheeri.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for further development of bilateral relations in the political, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian spheres, as well as cooperation within the framework of the UN, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and other international structures.

Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed during the talks.
