Uzbek Delegation Participates in FAO Hand-in-Hand Investment Forum

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan took part in the Hand-in-Hand Investment Forum held at the headquarters of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Rome.

The forum focused on FAO’s new investment initiatives and the priority directions for developing the global agricultural sector.

Particular attention was given to issues of food security, improving the investment climate in rural areas, and introducing innovative solutions and digital technologies.

In addition, participants held a series of bilateral meetings with international organizations and donor institutions to discuss opportunities for implementing joint investment projects in agriculture.
