Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- UzAuto Motors, as part of the official export promotion program under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, takes an active part in the universal exhibition of Uzbek products, which opened on 15 December in Baku.

In the national pavilion, traditionally organized under the brand "Made in Uzbekistan", where more than 80 Uzbek companies are represented, visitors to the exhibition will be able not only to see, but also to sit behind the wheel of many popular models of cars produced in Uzbekistan.

In this regard, it is very noteworthy that on 17 September 2021, in the city of Hajigabul (Azerbaijan), at the plant of the Azermash SR joint venture, the ceremonial opening of the production line of UzAuto Motors JSC and SamAvto JV LLC took place. Moreover, very soon, all in the same place in Hajigabul, the production of a SKD assembly of Lacetti, Damas, Labo, Tracker and Malibu models will start.

In addition, within the framework of the alliance with General Motors, UzAuto Motors announced the start of sales of Chevrolet cars in Azerbaijan.
